Hi, we are a team of 3 developers looking for a single room to use as a workspace. Please note our specific requirements: Usage: We will use the room for 'dev work' on our laptops. Schedule: we work during the daytime and will not be sleeping there at night. Furnishing: We only need space for one table and 4–5 chairs.
